Why Choose Us?

Our award winning livestock are continuously selected by the top cowboys for the Super Bowl of Rodeo each December to compete in Las Vegas.  They are the heart and soul of Barnes PRCA Rodeo and continually are recognized for their athleticism.

Since 1959 our bulls and horses have represented the Rafter B Bar brand all 57 National Finals Rodeos.  We are one of only two stock contracting companies out of hundreds with this prestigious accolade in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

Rodeo fans, committees and sanctioning bodies have complimented both our indoor and outdoor rodeo productions in small town arenas to the Minnesota State Fair.  We are humbled by the recognition and awards our company has received for producing top-notch professional rodeos since 1950.   Barnes PRCA Rodeo is located in Peterson and Cherokee Iowa situated in the heartland of the Great Lakes Circuit.   Annually the Great Lakes Circuit Finals honors rodeo committee with yearend awards.  This year two of our rodeo committee's were awarded the top honors in their respective categories.

We look forward to continuing that relationship for years to come.  We have grown from one of the smallest rodeos in the Great Lakes Circuit to be one of the largest under the guidance and with the support of the Barnes PRCA Rodeo Company...you cannot go wrong if you hire the Barnes PRCA Rodeo Company. - Richard Fankhauser, chairman of Spooner Rodeo Committee, Inc and 2016 Great Lakes Large Rodeo of the Year
